Arm Balances Workshop at Downdog + Crow Yoga Studio (Woodstock),

This two hour Workshop focuses on arm balancing techniques designed to allow everyone to explore the thrilling combo of freedom and empowerment that arm balances can bring to your practice.
The workshop begins with a strong Vinyasa sequence that awakens the core and prepares shoulders and wrists. After the warm up, we will flow into classicalbalancing postures with an interactive lecture focusing on alignment and technique, and abdomen to enhance stability and awareness.
The asana part ends with exercises that neutralise the core followed by savasana and meditation.
After which we will enjoy the wonderful vegan lunch prepared especially for you by Plants and Pilates in Woodstock!
