Yoga Squirrel
Ale discovered yoga in 2010 when she decided to take better care of both her body and mind.
She has practised various styles since, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Acro- and Aerial yoga.
Ultimately, she fell head over heels for Vinyasa Yoga – the style in which she completed her initial 200 hour teacher training. Since, Ale continued to deepen her knowledge through various trainings, including Advanced Inversion-based Ashtanga Vinyasa 300 hour training with Jayaprada Radhika, Daniel Rama and Shakti Bird and the Radiantly Alive Vinyasa 300 hour training with James Mattingley, Geoff Brooks, Persia Juliet, Mark Das and many other fabulous teachers.
Ale teaches in various venues in Oxfordshire. Her classes combine freedom that comes from exploration of fluidity and stability in the movement with the exploration of yogic philosophy and lifestyle.
They involve flowing yet challenging yoga Vinyasa Krama / Mandala sequences aimed at building balance of strength and flexibility, exploring the key principles of yogic lifestyle and developing a compassionate attitude towards ourselves and others.
They are suitable for everyone*, regardless of age, ability or level of fitness and flexibility. *Unfortunately currently not suitable for pregnant ladies in their first trimester.
Ale is a certified member of Yoga Alliance US, Yoga Alliance Professionals UK and Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
