14th May 2023 (Sunday)
3-5pm (UK Time)
We’ll explore the inner landscapes through asana (postures), meditation and sound bath, observing the thought patterns, the inner dialogue as well as the layers underneath the body and mind. Building on Yogic principles of Ahimsa (Non-Harming) and Svadhyaya (Self-Study), we’ll aim to re-wire the immediate response of the mind and increase the levels of mindfulness and wellbeing for everyday life.

22nd September 2019 (Sunday)
15-17pm
Every season is a reminder that nothing lasts forever. Everything has a moment of creation and destruction, but all are equally beautiful and majestic in nature. Honouring change is vital for our deeper understanding of ourselves. We, too, must change and let things fall off and regrow in order to help us evolve as humans.
Like the trees let go of their old leaves to make space for the new, we can release and let go of things that bring us suffering (patterns and behaviours, feelings and memories – all stored in our bodies) to make space for more joy and happiness.
This release can have a strongly transformational effect – making space to invite what we truly need in our life to be happier.
Spend an afternoon with a gentle but deep yoga practice, guided meditation, a yogic release ritual, a beautiful mantra and a deep relaxation supported with the sound of the Ancient Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls and other shamanic instruments, which you will leave feeling more grounded, more free and more spacious in your body, mind and heart. Suitable for beginners.
